Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using FundsApprovalCenter ("Site," "we," "us"). By accessing our Site or submitting a loan application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

FundsApprovalCenter is a lead generation and loan matching platform, not a lender. We connect consumers seeking personal loans with a network of third-party lenders. We do not make credit decisions, set interest rates, or determine loan terms. All lending decisions are made solely by participating lenders.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must be a US citizen or permanent resident
• You must have a valid US bank account
• You must provide accurate and truthful information

3. No Guarantee of Approval

Submission of a loan application does not guarantee loan approval. Approval is subject to each lender's individual underwriting criteria. APR, fees, and loan amounts vary by lender and your creditworthiness.

4. Consent to Contact

By submitting your application, you expressly consent to be contacted by FundsApprovalCenter and its lending partners via phone, email, and text message regarding your application and related offers, even if your number is on a Do Not Call registry. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time.

5. Military Lending Act

If you are an active-duty service member or a covered dependent, you may be entitled to protections under the Military Lending Act, including a 36% MAPR cap. Please accurately report your military status.

6. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false information may constitute fraud and may result in legal action. We reserve the right to reject applications we believe contain inaccurate or fraudulent information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of FundsApprovalCenter and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for the actions, terms, or conduct of any lender in our network.

9. Limitation of Liability

FundsApprovalCenter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any loan obtained through our network. Our total liability shall not exceed $100.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in New York, NY.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
